Return Period

Country Life Engravings has a 3 Day Return Policy for products still in New Unused Condition.

If a product has been used, has been modified or otherwise not in the condition it was sent in, you may not receive a full refund.

All Return Shipping Costs are responsibility of the Buyer.

Before receiving a refund, you need to contact Country Life Engravings for a Return. If you send back any products before contacting Country Life Engravings, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees if the return is not a valid reason and your refund will be delayed.

Cancellation Period

You may request to cancel an order before shipping, but If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, your refund will be minus credit card processing fees.

Return Fees

Processing fees are charged for Returned Orders unless the return is a Reason for Return as described in the Reasons for Returns list.

Processing fees are charged because the payment processor does not refund Country Life Engravings the processing fees for refunded orders.
