This is the return policy for Country Life Engravings.
Return Policy for Wholesale
Most products are made to order in bulk. Because of this there are no refunds or returns.
If there is a problem with your order, you may be eligible for a return for the following reasons:
- Product significantly different from photos (will require High Definition photo proof and Country Life Engravings decision will be final).
- Products are damaged in shipping (will require High Definition photo proof of damaged products and packaging).
- Products lost in shipment (will need to contact Country Life Engravings and wait additional time).
- Products arrived too late is not an eligible return reason. Shipping time is shown on product detail page and Country Life Engravings has no control over shipping carriers or weather conditions.
- Products delivered at wrong address is not an eligible return reason unless the printed address label was different from what you provided. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. The shipping address provided will be considered the correct shipping address.
Return Policy for Retail Sales
A majority of products on Country Life Engravings have no refunds or returns.
Most products are made to order.
If an item does have returns, it will be clearly shown on the product details page. Refunds may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which would also be clearly displayed on the product detail page.
If a product is customized, all sales are final and there are no refunds or returns.
