    You must also have a valid Sales Tax ID for your state. Arkansas and Non Arkansas residents can fill out the form.

    This is a one time form for your business to fill out. If Country Life Engravings gets new types of products, you may need to fill out the form again for record keeping and tax purpose.

    In Arkansas, the buyer, not the seller, is ultimately responsible if you purchase products using an Exemption Certificate or resale certificate for fraudulent use. If a state taxing authority discovers that you used a Exemption Certificate or resale certificate for items you did not intend to resell, the buyer is responsible to pay unpaid Sales Tax plus penalties.

    You can enter a general “Laser Engraved Wood, Slate, Acrylic Products”. Not just what you purchased at the time of order. To include future purchases.
